This is not your typical market. The Local Inc. is proud to be curating a one-of-a-kind small business showcase called  Small Shop Market Lane at the National Women’s Show, designed to help you stand out in a premium, polished environment. 

Taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre on Saturday, September 19, 2026 | 10am – 6pm & Sunday, September 20, 2026 | 10am – 5pm.

Cost: The cost to be part of this amazing opportunity is $1,200.00 + GST. Don’t forget this isn’t just a stand, it’s an investment in your business and your visibility. You’ll have the chance to be seen by hundreds, possibly even thousands of potential customers and new business. Payment can be made in full upfront, or split into two payments: 50% now and the remaining 50% at a later date.

Every participating business will receive one of our custom-designed stands (please see photos below), crafted to elevate your brand and create a sleek, cohesive shopping experience.

Your space includes:

• 8×4 feet of dedicated area
• 5×2 foot custom stand (see graphics below, dimensions are in our Terms of Sevice)
• Custom signage provided  (your logo is required for signage)

Please Note:

To maintain a professional, elevated look, tables, tablecloths, racks (unless pre-approved), or any additional displays are not permitted.

You will have storage space under your stand and some behind you as there is pipe and drape, any additional stock must be kept elsewhere. Chairs are required, we suggest a tall chair as the stands are the height of a cruiser table.

Power is an additional cost as well as WIFI, please let us know if you require it, and we will coordinate with the show to confirm pricing and availability in our area.

Important:

All set-up takes place on Friday, there is no Saturday morning set-up. All businesses must be fully set up on Friday as per show regulations.

Below is the application form for the National Women’s Show. Once submitted, The Local Inc. will review your information and notify you via email regarding the status of your application. If approved, the email will include instructions on how to secure your spot and submit payment. If your application is not approved, you will still receive an email notification. Please make sure to check your junk folder.
